Originally written around 2004-2005, this used to just be a fun finger exercise I did (the upward arpeggio while playing the melody with the right hand). It also makes a great song :D
Spoiler if you haven't played Final Fantasy VI. This is the epic final battle theme. This version was made by The Black Mages, a band with Nobuo Uematsu in it. Dancing Mad (the song itself) is, without a doubt, my favorite piece of Video Game Music. Recent songs have come close, but this song is just in so many places throughout, that it hits all the right notes for me.
This version has some really cool differences from the regular version. I won't spoil it, but it's definitely worth a listen.
