I remember watching the designers, the Vignelli Associates, a couple featured in the Film Helvetica. The first run of these cups didn't have the wall at the lip that connects to the handle. So the first feedback they got was folk spilling their hot tea and coffee as it flowed down the handle. 🤣😱
