the fortress is a barony now
the military is quite successful, and recently expanded
we have had one death (dehydration due to insanity) and have slain one invader who was sneaking around
and all the trade (plus some fortuitous raids on a necromancer tower) means the library has a great selection of books
long term residents are starting to get citizenship
also like a quarter of the population are necromancers now??? not sure how that happened
