one thing i do wonder about is like… random noise as program inputs. specifically writing a language with three goals

1. every valid member of the (nontrivial; say n≥100) language alphabet has some semantic meaning
2. turing-complete
3. with the design restrictions of 1 and 2, maximizing the percentage of random noise input that counts as a valid program
