kind of started with where it sank and why that part of the seabed is hard to get to, then gave kind of an overview of some of the contributing factors of the original disaster (the indirect hit, the time of night, the distance to Carpathia, the Californian with its wireless off, the "aesthetic" choices re: lifeboats, etc.) and drawing parallels and contrasts between that and the current news story. you know. hot girl shit
hell yeah. I rewatched Ghosts of the Abyss a couple nights ago, and I was doing a lot of contrasting mooself.
brought back the kid in me who had like five different books on Titanic.
