I accidentally added too much sugar to this batch of plum wine (I pitched it at a specific gravity of 1.25 instead of 0.90-0.95 like usual), then kind of forgot about it for 3 weeks due to various disasters + holidays.
it is only slightly sweeter than by-the-recipe plum wine, and very boozy. my partner and local taste tester really liked it, but I should probably find out exactly how much alcohol is in it before we drink any more. whoooooooooo
