As I understand it, it was “if you were the factory machine operator, are you the type of person to immediately raise concerns about the machine doing something different, or are you the type to just sit back and let it do its thing”

id seen fragments of zhe text but not many, which made it basically impossible to work out what zhe heck zhe comic was trying to say originally lol
Turns out, you get yelled at enough for doing option 1, you turn into option 2.
(...then get yelled at for that once manglement realises they've been making circles for 6 months in their triangle plant, and get very insistent that This Time For Real you should have raised the issue)
I've literally never heard of this until now.
