in my mind, the guy doing this is being painstakingly period-accurate aside from the core anachronism
TONS of people do this actually, they make a THING in YEAR video and update the thumbnail and title every year.
I bet the video itself is either 30% chance careful not to say the current year or 70% just says 2020.
Can you deliver a precision DMCA strike on yourself that just blanks out the one time you said "twenty-twenty"?
I believe Youtube has video editing functionality built-in so you can just clip out the offending segment without needing to involve their dubious legal dispute resolution.
