could be spine stuff, could be overactive nerves, could just be dysautonomia, but whatever it is it sounds like poking one vagus nerve thing is making the others overreact.
when it was really bad it felt like I was gonna sneeze every time my gut cramping hit.
unfortunately I'm still on the search there, but if you bring up that the throat thing makes your gut feel weird it might give useful context.
you can try throwing ondansetron at the problem tho, it's basically a gut specific ssri that helped my GI oversensitivity-in-the-few-spots-i-can-still-feel issues
and partially fixed my "peristalsis seems to be drunk and usually doesn't push anything because the rhythm is off" issue
