working on the posterior tibialis, i have an updated hypothesis for what's going on. the joint where the fibula and tibia meet at the top. i think that might be hypermobile in a way that's allowed the posterior tibialis to remain pathologically tight and in spasm, and might be what sets off the chain reaction up the rest of my body. and a similar thing is happening in the wrist on my right side, with the radius and ulna near the thumb, again setting off a downstream chain reaction.
