i'm experimenting with bracing to figure out the best way to stabilize my proximal tibiofibular joints. it is really, really nice to feel stable on my feet while standing and walking, and be in less pain while sitting for long periods.
it's going to take a long time i think, to loosen up the tight muscle on my right calf that's caused my whole right side to be messed up. but over time the bracing should help with that
