Several years back I did pelvic floor physical therapy, and my progress kept getting reset after a week or two and I'd have to start from scratch. Now that I identified the unstable joints in my calves and have been bracing them, I'm retrying the pelvic floor exercises. Seems promising so far. For brief moments I can feel the pelvic torsion undoing itself. Gotta balance out some wildly unbalanced muscle groups. I think with my calves braced, I might have a shot this time.
