using extra padding between my neck and my shoulder when i sleep is doing something, and it seems to be a very good thing. think i need to stop my hypermobile neck from sagging while i'm asleep, especially the base of the neck. i think it's been like, cervical instability causing the problems in my upper half, tibiofibular joint causing problems in my lower half. both of them together causing, like, full-body torsion on my right side
