i'm so used to not knowing what's wrong with me that it feels weird to know this one decisively
I ate it once after years and years of not and i swear i could feel it putting stress on my heart
if you're talking about it as like, mcdonalds food is fat and salt, yeah that's one thing, sure. but what i'm talking about is that i am allergic to everything in your average mcdonalds meal except for the meat, the onions and tomatoes, and the ketchup. and all those are contaminated by allergens in the kitchen, too
I myself have been weening off of excess sugars and fats, trying one of their burgers after was a mistake
