I've been experiencing what I can only describe as "lockdown Alzheimer's" and it's not great. But also since I'm already dealing with several overlapping health problems, I don't want to add covid to the list, which means I'm continuing to be extra careful. And I'm housebound by mobility problems anyways! But man. I can feel the effect on my cognitive abilities, and it ain't great. I need to do more to actively counteract this.
