OH HEY some results came back already, and it's actually the best possible results AFAICT:
- tests did not come back All Normal (that would be aggravating)
- tests did not come back with Really Really Bad signs (the scary stuff you definitely don't want)
- tests came back with clear, unmistakable signs of chronic, fairly intense autoimmune disorder (which is what I have suspected)
