If you have cowsay installed, you should be able to put him at /usr/share/cowsay/cows/eggbug.cow and summon him with cowsay -f eggbug "text to say". (Depending on your version of cowsay, the unicode characters such as his eyes may not display correctly, but this can be fixed by applying this change to the cowsay program at /usr/games/cowsay)
