I make Caves of Qud queerer (and friendlier) professionally. I also voice act for my VTuber persona, @GraStreams, and play games for lo-fi chillstreams.
I also write a lot of stories about self-discovery, metamorphosis, and the way that we treat ourselves and one another in the name of love.

I also work on a site that is small, but has an outsized influence. Depending on the day there are 6-8 people on staff almost all of whom are part time. Most relevantly it's also a site where most of the value is derived from its vibes.
There's an anxious sense of ownership people get when they find something they like inside the capitalist hellscape. It's this Sword of Damocles that on one hand keeps you honest, but on the other cedes control to people not actually working on the product and who may or may not actually know what they're talking about.
I hope Staff are able to shield themselves appropriately from loud but incorrect users before it does irreparable damage to their wellbeing.
