I’m going to start a solo playthrough of Stonehell using the Errant system.
I made four characters.
Gerod The Zealot Elf
Elaine the Violent Goblin
Fortessa the Deviant Tiefling + her dad
Veg the Occult Orc + his two buff cousins
I’m going to play through the Stonehell mega dungeon as I read it, and then I’m going to write up a journal entry made by one of the characters, as Veg is going to document and publish their explorations.

Stonehell. It was a prison, now an ancient ruin built into the ground. I am leaving my academy for the first time. I have found myself some companions. Garod, a religious elf who drinks without end and has a... smell to him. Elaine is a savvy goblin warrior. Fortessa, a tiefling that is smarter with her hands than with her mouth.

The jade horse in my pocket jumped to my mind, and I examined it for a while. I think I have been able to discern its abilities.
We have faced brutality and come out on top, but just barely.
After a month, we only have a combined total of 1,156 cp to fund our next expedition.
So far, nothing. A group of rooms carved into limestone walls held nothing but dog-sized beetles spouting puffs of smoke and yet more brigands. Gerod offered them a decent salary, but they refused.
Fortessa stuck her hand in some acrid slime, and Elaine found some curious chalk, red and warm to the touch.
To the South of the valley we found some cursed chambers patrolled by skeletons. Fortessa kept us out of their sight, but was quite steamed when she found a hidden compartment in an altar that had already been picked clean. The trap, however, had rearmed, and necrotic energy blasted her direct in the face.
There are what appear to be animal burrows high up the limestone walls of the valley. We plan on avoiding these. We venture further into the valley.
More ruins. Woods we avoided. A waterfall and a silvery magic orb at the bottom of the pool. More carved rooms in the limestone, filled with rabid racoons and cobras. There were a few hastily constructed traps that looked recent, so someone has been here, likely someone other than brigands.
I believe we have found the main entrance. A plaque is carved above the door, telling of the hellishness of the dungeon in a quaint little poem. A stair leads downwards inside the gate. Names of adventurers are scrawled across the walls, so many faded with age. This place is rife with history. Not only will it be loaded with artefacts, but countless people throughout the ages have come here seeking riches and glory. There is much to learn. Tonight we shall camp under the statue of St. Ras, Gerod thinks it may provide some protection.

Camping went well. Fortessa shot a brigand attempting to sneak into our camp. We packed up, and entered Stonehell.
