Okay i just spent like a half hour trying to figure out who Micah-10's voice actor is and in the process I learned how absolutely dogshit the organization of Destiny 2's voice actor credits is. All the actors for the different localizations of a character are listed together with no indication of which language they performed for. Sometimes an actor will be listed with their last name followed by their first name, including actors from western countries where that isn't the convention, and with no indication of when this is the case. They're at least all under the same heading of VOICE PERFORMANCE (or similar wording, i don't actually remember) except there's a second heading, VOICE PERFORMANCE (CONT.), after which like 4 more characters are listed and then it goes on to a new section. Characters that no longer speak or appear in the current, content-vaulted version of Destiny 2 are still listed.
Actors and characters are listed in seemingly random order, most egregiously with the player character, where there's a section for both the male and female player guardians, plus 6 additional sections with like 1 actor each for the human, awoken, and exo variants of each gender, and these 8 sections are scattered around the credits completely separate from each other. Once you look closer you realize that actors for the same character are organized alphabetically by their first names, and then characters are listed alphabetically by the first name of their first actor (with the previously determined order). Then you look even closer and realize that a significant number of characters and actors just aren't ordered this way and I cannot for the life of me determine what system is used for these exceptions. I also think it's funny that Peter Dinklage is not listed as one of the voice actors for Ghost despite Cayde-6 and Zavala's old voice actors still being in the credits (tbf Dinklage never voiced Ghost in D2 afaik, and I also think that Nolan North's Cayde-6 and Lance Reddick's Zavala are still in the game to some degree). While trying to check who played Cayde-6 at what points I learned that Mara Junot as Ikora Rey is the only cast/character listed on IMDB for the Final Shape despite there being several new characters and multiple characters voiced by different actors than their previous appearances.

Anyways, as far as I can tell by process of elimination, the English voice actress for Micah-10 is Pooya Mohseni, an Iranian-born New York actress, and a trans woman. Yippee!!!
