i hate driving... i just want to get whereever. but id rather take the bus than use some half assed "autopilot" deathtrap from some rich dude

I really hope that over time we find a way to infringe copyright in a good way. For example - you don't need to pay disney any more money to watch their stuff anymore, just watch the full feature length animated movie that someone cobbled together using AI because the technology can do that now, when handled by a small ragtag team of skilled tech / artist bootleggers. Make the corporations wish they could put the genie back in the bottle. I'm so tired of every single human advancement being optimised for financial profit and consumerism, I really want to come up with ways to disrupt all that and make something "useless" from a capitalist perspective but amazing from a human perspective.
