Doing some floppy archival for my IBM PC110 and realized I had this. What a mischievous little browser boi.
OK not only did I find more information about this but it was on a DR DOS usergroup. http://izumilib.web.fc2.com/drdos/docs/webboy/
DR DOS was an alternative DOS operating system you could buy if you didn't want to give IBM or Microsoft money, but you still wanted to run DOS software. And here, in 2005, is people not only still using DR DOS on their computers, but running an entire graphical web browser in that alternate DOS. Wild stuff
BTW someone got it running in an emulator in 2020. They were able to use this DOS web browser from 2000 to visit websites in 2020. I love it
