this post is right next to yours in my timeline and i feel like they're related for more reasons than just using the word business
every "management training" brain i've ever encountered will, in the absence of a top level standard, will adopt whatever nonsense sponsored the last seminar they went to
my department at work is responsible for maintaining the company's in-house proprietary ticketing system. the bug tracking for that ticketing system... goes through jira.
well, you wouldn't want an outage on the tracker to interfere with fixing the tracker
imo businesses have room for exactly two trackers for this reason
