it's a computer using a processor from the same family of 8-bit CPUs as the ones used on the NES, C64, Apple 2 and others, that I program using a incredibly janky homemade assembler i made and a pi pico based eeprom programmer. Designing and building my own computer is something I've tinkering with for a while as it nicely satisfies my chronic "Not Invented Here Syndrome" and is in general just a pretty fun challenge and project for learning electronics.
Anyways right now, there's not even any ram on that breadboard yet lol, its all just read-only-memory and cpu registers, and all it does is display a little counter on that 7 segment display until the end of time. It is one of the devices ever and i love it with all my heart and i wanted eggbug to see it
