i wouldn't trust anyone who say ssomething positive about it. all my friends have been trashing it.
I mean honestly the positive stuff I've seen has been stuff in the same ballpark of "It's really pretty/impressive to look at!" and idk I'm happy for people if that works for them but it stopped working for me a long time ago. Not in a "every movie needs to Make Me Think" kind of way just like, the raw spectacle of computer graphics doesn't really hit for me anymore as 'you see it because of this'.
Especially so if the actual art direction of the thing is kind of ass imo lol
You could tell me literally anthing about this movie and I'd believe you because I refuse to find out for myself
I work at a theater so of course customers ask if I've sen it yet and every time they press me on it I have said "I was disappointed by the first one, I wont be taken in by pretty graphics again"
there is at least one surprisingly well-written character. idk if you want to see a movie it's not a bad choice
Are there any known recorded instances of someone re-watching Avatar in the period 2011-2021?
