This is amazing. I knew from other reputation and talk about the Amstrad computers that their stereo sets were a bit rubbish but this is incredible.
Even more depressing is the bit at the end where he talks about how this thing was absolute garbage in its day ... but is now better than any of the mechanisms you see fobbed off as "new retro" these days.
