Quick and dirty deep dish with 'nduja, garlic, and just a fuckload of cheddar cheese because I'm lactose intolerant and Cabot white cheddar is lactose free.
Easiest damn dough recipe I've ever made too. 150g AP flour, 75g water, 1/2tsp instant yeast, 1tbsp of olive oil, healthy pinches of salt and sugar. Mix, mash into a ball, let it sit on the counter for a few hours.
Throw it in the fryer for 25 minutes at 400F, and tada. Looks burnt, but that's just the the sauce and the parm i topped it with carmelizing, it tastes incredible.
It's not "authentic" but what does that even mean, anyway?
