i have like 5 other cheap games i still need to catch up on but this might just be a launch day purchase from me... it's year of the dragon baybee...
ok so i've defeated PIRATE DRAGONS. did it encounter game breaking bugs multiple times in my 3 hours of play that required restarting it? yeah. does it have a particularly fleshed out game structure and macrosystems that make much sense? no
but the dragonflight genuinely whips ass. it's almost as good as Century: Age of Ashes' (which it made me want to play again). it actually just feels so good to fly around and strafing run pirate ships as a dragon with cannons strapped to their back.
i also found myself surprisingly attached to my little pirate crew, of me (dragon with cannons strapped to their back), The Stodgy Bake, The Wooden Slug, and The Kraken Skulls. this game rules
