i have no idea how i would go about finding a better workflow for hoptix but i can guarantee you that what i'm doing isn't right. like, if anyone ever finds out, i will become the main character of game dev twitter for a week. like i'm straight up not going to tell you what i'm doing. this is my dark secret

naw my code's pretty ok i think (apart from my tendency to do things like naming variables "bastard" if they do something i don't like)

the problem has more to do with like... (purely hypothetical) thousands of unnamed unity objects per scene...
