Peppy stopped giving a shit about form and posture, as well as the nicety of pretending you should let your enemy get the hell back up again after you shoot 'em, after James was killed. Oh sure all the other stuff matters, you'll never catch him ever slipping his trigger finger down until he's ready to fire,
but he don't care about stancing up.
When you know that gun's mighty weight like it was a part of your own body and enemies could be anywhere and everywhere around you, the ease of drawing and pointing it and zeroing in your target becomes a practised, bemusing exercise in formality; a moon and a planet rotating into syzygy with Solar.
