insane how much listening to the Darkstar FM tracks makes me want to play Cyberpunk 2077 again. I just want to be in Dogtown again. Can't think of the last open world OST that's made me feel like that since like... the GTA games as a teenager. Just hearing the music and immediately being teleported to that world because the radio is so 1:1 with the experience of playing/exploring
phantom liberty is such a gift. i wish it was just a standalone thing so i could more easily be like PLAY THIS instead of having to be like "yeah push through like 20 hours of sorta mid AAA stuff to get to it
it's incredible how much and how often i think about cyberpunk, not like a game i played, but feels more like a moment in my life. a lot of games I'll remember kind of like a story with a set of characters that interact together, but cyberpunk i remember more like a feeling, a vibe, and it wouldn't be full without the soundtrack
