crazy how after a whole bunch of getting brushed off and bounced around the healthcare system in a country i'm not a native of and don't understand, finally talking with someone who takes the time to understand my situation feels really refreshing. i've no idea if this will go anywhere, but at least i'm getting a conversation instead of a "go bother someone else"
after sending a whole bunch of messages over the last week, i just now learn they can allow you to reply ? which means every interaction i've had until now, they were choosing to shut it down ?
wouldn't you know, the nice nurse that actually talked to me and asked me questions when she didn't understand what I was asking for actually got me an appointment next week, at the same center that the doctors told me "no we don't do appointments go somewhere else"
