Make Nurse’s basic heal a GCD gap closer. Targets friendlies, heals at 400 potency. I think that would give the right feel of harried rushing about.

It's like "lay on hands" in D&D except literally.
TBH if healers could punch health back into people, I think so many of them would switch to that class just for the chance to punch the "healers adjust" people.
Their actual dps involves throwing players at the boss (single target) or spinning the tank around for trash pulls (aoe).
Nobody should get too comfortable with their position. It will change.
