I did the "US Level" thing. I decided that "stayed here" means a place where I stayed longer than a week and received mail.
It's notable that there are several states I'd be unlikely to go back to, now that I'm out as trans and now that entire states are re-criminalizing our existence. (As a privileged white woman I'd probably be personally okay, but there's still the principle.)
I started mapping just places I've been to while out, but comparing 4 years of life to the other 34 isn't that meaningful of a comparison.
