The PK Scramble randomizer has a "Random Flags" button, but I'm looking for a different random distribution now. There are some things it never toggles, and some things like Bear Mode that I'd prefer to see less.
So I had @FlannelKat roll a d20 three times and change some settings based on what she rolled.
