Answer to the bird one is (was?) Eastern Goldfinch. Have NFI on the rest (and I've lived in this damn state my whole life :'D).
The other answers they wanted were: Hoboken, something about having the most diners per capita, and "New Jerseyite" which is not even a nickname
I have never heard New Jerseyite in my life (New Jerseyan, yes) :D.
