I think there's an angle here where someoen's granted it, but at the cost of being able to stand up straight, always kinda hunched as they try to work around how their rearranged anatomy makes it difficult to walk like normal, especially from how sensitive it is to their every upright step.

Though I guess balancing would be hard if this was the case?
