This is a problem I have too. I can find files, but files have a static sense of pacing that doesn't work with my head (makes sense, given I'm plural and neurodivergent). I can find intractables, but no ABDL ones. The only ABDL hypnosis I've done has been with another person.

I've got you covered! Check out Champ-The-Otter on subscribestar, he's got all sorts of free hypno, and his paid subscribers just get it a week early, I comissioned sleepytime hypno from them before :D
specifically I recommend audio that slowly drops you with induction. Also they release the scripts, which is great, because it reduces anxiety, allowing for trust to be established between the tist' and the subject
