So, I recently got into the idea of taking the concept of The Otherworld (a supernatural task that exists beside our own), and overlaying it with the modern world. The Otherwold is a strange place, and it changes based on the story: the realm of Gods, the land of Fae, or the realm of the Dead.

Probably gonna just post my musings in follow up posts, but I will share them here.

An old looking Train/Bus station off a nearly forgotten country road. There aren't any time tables posted anywhere.

The staff are finely dressed for their jobs, but the odd thing is that their faces are so forgettable; whenever you try to remember, it's always a fuzzy image. But you can remember that they project an aura of care.

The people in the station don't talk to each other, they're usually either sitting on the many benches, or aimlessly wandering around the station.

Every so often, a Train/Bus pulls up to the station, and without any words spoken, a few of the people get onto the Bus/Train, before it drives off. No one can say where it's going, since there's no signs posted anywhere in the Station.

Thanks! The idea in my head is that it's a boundary place between our works, and the land of the dead; the people in the station are departed souls, waiting to pass on.
