an array of rays. a lizard.

It is a very strange feeling to work tech support remotely for a company I don't like (well, technically a client of a tech support company I work for) through a smaller ISP that is known for standing up to them in court over their aggressive monopolization and other general awfulness. Especially when I'm pressured to push sales of a service that requires their internet service to use when their previous (now legacy) product didn't.

I do hope to work for a company that isn't related to one of the few megacorps that dominate Canada but I suppose being hard to avoid is part of their whole gameplan.
