if you want to use official roms, Cloanto still sells Amiga Forever. though i cannot recommend their game collections nor their other software... its not that bad but ive seen better.
but the emulator in itself, winuae is really nice, though personally i have never found a usecase for having a fully beefed out functioning amiga workbench environment, getting my A600 to do similar stuff is definitely fun while the appeal is low to do it emulated. feels like cheating
