earlier tonight i wanted to make spaghetti so i put the pot of water on the burner and something under the burner started smoking. so i turned the burner off and moved the pot off and tried to fish the thing out with some tongs. but then i noticed the tongs had hard-plastic on their ends which was melting with contact with the burner coil.
anyways, sometimes you've just gotta take a sign from the world that you should make nuggets instead
