today i read my lua book to learn how to start mixing C and lua code together. It looks pretty easy now that I know about it! this book is really thorough about explaining how all the pieces work and fit together, and what things are just nice handy shortcuts built out of more fundamental pieces of the lua library. maybe i can write a library tomorrow with it
