and my lovely health insurance, united healthcare, won't let me use their website because they think that fionna charlotte adams (me) and deadname (me) are separate folks and that the latter is committing identity theft because they use the same social security number and birthday, even though every state and federal database shows my current name and gender marker. i checked!!!
so there's $729.67 i can hypothetically get reimbursed but haven't been able to because my healthcare provider's backend sucks and every time i call they decide "website issue" trumps "give me money" and transfer me endlessly.
fucking hate healthcare.
honestly like. this year has been really hard money-wise. i know we've asked in the past but like. any help is appreciated. honestly it would be really cool to get that $729.67 gap filled, and any help doing that would be deeply appreciated because we honestly don't expect much help from our insurance, at this point.
