i hate to complain about the people on the other end of a phone line, but man. i called a place to let them know i needed to update my name, and the woman who answered just had to ask me why i changed it. it just kinda floored me, because like... ma'am. look at the two names i just gave you. like really look at them, then think about it. i told you one, then spelled out the other one for you. surely you are smart enough to figure out the rest.
