I had a pyramid recruiter once try to explain that there's nothing wrong with triangle-shaped org charts, its perfectly normal to have a boss with multiple managers with multiple employees, and see, a triangle
I'm still thinking of a witty rebuttal in case they try that again, best i've got so far is "so where's the bottom?"
