this subject is driving me crazy i feel like im being treated like im in third grade

#its so easy to bullshit reflections and we have to do weekly worksheets and answer personality quizzes #and the way they encourage us feels like how you encourage a child. hello #we do reflections and the tutors add reaction stickers and its all just positive feedback and its so fake. the moment you ask the tutors for some kind of actual accommodation because you have other commitments that conflict with the class they say "hmph! that's not being a good teammate!!!!"#its so. celebrating the bare minimum
