disclaimer: i am not a doctor and i cannot "prescribe" anything; i'm just an artist who's trying to find stretches to help them deal with their own tendonitis flare-ups
i recommend looking through and trying any that you're interested in, and be careful with yourself as you try them. you know your limits best and you should heed them
you don't need to check all of these out, of course. i just wanted to give a few resources in an easy-to-access format to get folks started!
as always, do what you can and don't push yourself too hard. take lots of breaks when drawing, typing, gaming, knitting, crocheting, or anything else that involves a lot of fine motor movement of the hands/wrists
as someone who gets tennis elbow often, i wish i had taken more steps to prevent it early on. it's never too late to start though! my body deserves the care i can give it, and your body deserves your efforts too
let's all take better care of our arms, hands, and wrists together :D
you should download files. it's fun, free, and better for the world than streaming services. "but it's hard" this is a guide. i promise you don't need to be a computerhead. i believe in you.
