I assumed it did because I thought that was a GDPR thing that any site accessible to Europe would need to have.

It is our interpretation that we do not need to comply with this request, however, we'd like to if possible.
But they're willing to out of the kindness of their hearts...? An incredible response.
Last i heard they weren't even able to delete user accounts -_-
edit: what i mean is, this website has some weird ass blindspots that i don't know the reasons for
