I'm decent at recognizing Sans Serif fonts. Present me with a Serif font, and I'm screwed.

how did you generate the grain noise svg? https://staging.cohostcdn.org/attachment/78599a97-fc80-468b-8a34-3aed3a98ffc7/grain.svg
You can open it in a text editor to see it using the built-in turbulence filter:
<svg viewBox='0 0 400 400' xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'>
<filter id='noiseFilter'>
<feTurbulence type='fractalNoise' baseFrequency='0.45' numOctaves='2' seed='2' stitchTiles='stitch' />
</filter>
<rect width='100%' height='100%' filter='url(#noiseFilter)' />
</svg>
I just tweaked the parameters until it looked right.
Not quite! It's using the default sans serif font, which on Mac OS is Helvetica!
Should've known better than to try to identify a font from a CSS crime.
